Holiday Brunch Donation Form

The Kiwanis Club of Sayville is seeking business sponsors for our Holiday Sponsor a Family event. We aspire to help at least 20 local families who may be experiencing financial hardships, in this economy. They need everything from gifts to food for the holidays, and your donations will go directly to providing these families with everything they need to make their holidays bright! 

As a thank you to our sponsors, your company’s logo will be displayed throughout the event for all our guests to see.
